DATA PROTECTION POLICY

The European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - 2016/679) came into full force on May 25th, 2018. In this context, we would like to inform you that we have renewed the conditions of T4E Program’s Policy. The main changes concern the Protection of Personal Data to meet the requirements of the European Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – 2016/679).

1. Collection and processing of personal data
The partner organisations of Erasmus+ KA3 Programme “Teachers4Europe: setting an Agora for Democratic Culture” may have access to the data that being collected, stored and processed. The exact data collected is those required and requested during the open call for applications, that the members of the project submitted to the organization of their country.

2. Purpose of processing of personal data
The collection and processing of personal data is made solely for the following purposes:
2.1. Submission and evaluation of applications
2.2. Transmission of details of successful candidates
2.3 Processes required for the completion of the project

3. Time period of storage of personal data
The personal data of the members of the project (Partners, Stakeholders, T4E, Ambassadors T4E, etc.) are being stored for the running period of the T4E Project and then for more 5 years.
Applications from candidates not being admitted to the project are deleted / destroyed after completion of one (1) year.

4. Users’ Rights
The partner organizations of Erasmus+ KA3 Programme “Teachers4Europe: setting an Agora for Democratic Culture” ensures protection of the rights of prospective t4e members as regards processing of their personal data and facilitates exercise of their rights. Those members have the right to request:
1. access to their personal data and information regarding which of their data the partner organizations process, the purposes of such processing, the recipients, and the duration of the processing,
2. correction of their personal data in case it is inaccurate or incomplete,
3. deletion of their personal data, provided legal requirements are being applied,
4. restriction to the processing of their personal data only for specific purposes,
5. portability of their data, i.e. to obtain the data they have provided in a structured, commonly used format or to request direct delivery of it to a third party
6. revocation of their consent regarding processing of their personal data at any time, including the automated processing of it for the configuration of their profile.

Finally, if you consider that your rights are being violated, you have the right to contact the Personal Data Protection Authority of your country.
